Where did you find your first employee?
Neil Rosenzweig was our first business development person who joined us in 1999. He was an associate of our founder, Josh Linkner. Neil is still an employee today as SVP, managing director of our south client development division which includes clients like Coca-Cola, Nationwide, AT&T and Intercontinental Hotels Group.??

Who was your first customer and where did you find them?
Our first paying client was Ameritech. Neil cold-called them and got a meeting. He described how they walked into the meeting in black suits and ties and the client said, "Aren’t you an interactive company? Nobody wears suits and ties." (Last time Neil wore a tie to a meeting.) After 13 years in business, we have produced over 8,500 projects and have done work in 44 countries.

Have you promoted an intern to employee status, and if so how many times have you done it?
We encourage career development and on-the-job education, and have invested in an intern program for many years. Countless interns have returned after graduation to join us full time. ??

Where have you turned to find capital to grow your company and which institutions have provided it?
We have a group of Michigan-based private investors who are dedicated to the growth of ePrize.??

What are some of the advantages to doing business here?
