Have you promoted an intern to employee status, and if so how many times have you done it?Yes, many times. In fact, most of our current creative staff began their careers as interns – or apprentices – from CCS.
Where have you turned to find capital to grow your company and which institutions have provided it?We are very conservative financially and typically grow from retained earnings.
It's often said that Metro Detroit and Michigan need to reinvent their economies to be competitive. Are we making those changes, and if so are we making enough of them or doing it fast enough?No. We talk about it and act like we are doing it, but often fail when it comes time to act
upon the issue at hand.
If you could change one thing about this region, what would it be?We need to be more confident, self-assured and less defensive.
