What educational, entrepreneurial or business development programs, if any, have you taken advantage of?
We have participated in many different technical and business seminars, local chamber events, and have organized some ourselves.

Who was your first customer and where did you find them?
First customer was VSI/Audi, and we were connected through word of mouth

Where did you find your first employee?
Our first employee was found at our first client, but they went out of business before she started working with us full time.

Have you promoted an intern to employee status, and if so how many times have you done it?
We have not used any interns to date. We do however have contractors who move into more permanent status with us.

Where have you turned to find capital to grow your company and which institutions have provided it?
We have worked with Wells Fargo for credit lines and Edward Jones for investment and business accounts, among others.

It's often said that Metro Detroit and Michigan need to reinvent their economies to be competitive. Are we making those changes, and if so are we making enough of them or doing it fast enough?
There is a lot of surplus manufacturing capacity in the area that is being ignored at the moment. Hi-tech and green energy is great, but we can add jobs making TV dinner trays and mailboxes a lot faster. We should put our people and automated manufacturing to work as soon as possible, and worry about building new industrial bases after that.

If you could change one thing about this region, what would it be?
This region still has large amounts of its historical power, influence, and capabilities. It just need to remind the rest of the world about it.
