What educational, entrepreneurial or business development programs, if any, have you taken advantage of?
Business School At Carnegie Mellon University, How To Start a Business at Schoolcraft college, Enlightened Wealth Institute, Millionaire Mind Intensive, Glazer-Kennedy Insider Circle, Big Seminar, Super Conference, Info-Summit.

Who was your first customer and where did you find them?
Matt Bacak, founder at Frontier Marketing. I met him at a marketing seminar in Atlanta and he hired us to help him get online public relations.

Where did you find your first employee?
Through a referral from a good friend.

Have you promoted an intern to employee status, and if so how many times have you done it?
Not yet.

Where have you turned to find capital to grow your company and which institutions have provided it?
Mainly out of my pocket and off my credit cards. We were lucky to get started with first client since he brought us lot's of clients through referrals.

It's often said that Metro Detroit and Michigan need to reinvent their economies to be competitive. Are we making those changes, and if so are we making enough of them or doing it fast enough?
I believe there are efforts being made and various organizations have come together to work on promoting entrepreneurship in state. But the speed is lacking. I'm very positive about Michigan's future. We have great talent, great educational institutes and great people.

If you could change one thing about this region, what would it be?
Attitude. I've seen entitlement attitude among people in Michigan. We need to get back to basics and earn it. We can't rely on someone else helping us. We need to instill a can-do attitude and we will see Michigan at top again.
