What educational, entrepreneurial or business development programs, if any, have you taken advantage of?
In the music business, the most effective people follow their feet. That is, they are attached to music. They become an intern, get a job as bar-back, etc., and just work their way up, while listening to free live music or playing their instrument. There are lots of self-educated characters in this industry. The most effective keep their connection to their first love.

Who was your first customer and where did you find them?   Where did you find your first employee?
I really think they found us. Social media is definitely the way we connect to our customers.?

Have you promoted an intern to employee status, and if so how many times have you done it?
Several, I don't know.

Where have you turned to find capital to grow your company and which institutions have provided it?
The tool box from the State, which provides incentives for re-development of Michigan's cities.

What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about opening a business here??
Make sure you care about what you are doing -- not care about money, but care about the activity that you hope will enable you to make a living.

Name an idea, policy or mindset from elsewhere that you would like to see this region adopt?
A. Cut military spending and apply to domestic economy;?
B. Urban policy?
C. Public funding of elections?
D. For Michigan, provide the full range of economic incentives to alternative energy at both commercial and residential level that is applied to historic redevelopment and movie industry. This would create Michigan based manufacturing, provide lots of jobs, save Michigan citizens billions of dollars per year in utilities --  and change the world -- which is what Michigan/Detroit has done in the past.
